The casting material,
which is made from a proprietary, non-gypsum-based formulation, can increase
productivity by as much as 300 percent over conventional cements. It is ideal
for applications ranging from birdbaths and fountains to flowerpots.
Extremely durable, AQUACAST Ultimate Cement duplicates fine detail with
excellent resilience and chip resistance. It develops a compressive strength of
3,500 to 4,500 psi after only one hour, and reaches a maximum compressive
strength of 7,000 to 9,000 psi after 28 days.
"The product's quick
demolding time can substantially increase daily production levels for users,"

also permits them to use fewer molds in the casting process, which reduces
costs."
AQUACAST Ultimate Cement is offered in white and is compatible
with all types of sealers. The product is easy to use and requires only the
addition of water. After the slurry is mixed mechanically for between two and
five minutes, it is ready for casting.
