Unlike traditional gypsum cements, which require on-site mixing of gypsum powder and water, READYROCK® Brand Interior Statuary-Solid Cast and Exterior Statuary-Solid Cast (for exterior applications) products are pre-mixed slurries that remain in a liquid state indefinitely. While conventional gypsum cements set in a predetermined amount of time that cannot be controlled by the end user, READYROCK® Brand products also enable users to adjust set times as needed to meet specific production requirements. Manufacturing flexibility - READYROCK® Brand Products are available in 4.5 gallon pails, 30 gallon plastic drums and in 220 gallon Liquiplex™ containers so you can dispense and activate only the amount you need for the job at hand.

Continuous dispensing - READYROCK® Brand products arrive already mixed, therefore, for spray or dispensing applications there is no batch mixing required.
